Man kan vara hur självsäker som helst, men när man plötsligt ska prata framför grupp – och dessutom på engelska - då kan självförtroendet fara all världens väg. Ibland beror osäkerheten på någonting vi upplevt förut, kanske redan tidigt i skolåren. Så tricket är att titta tillbaka och försöka identifiera varför du känner dig osäker och jobba med de verkliga orsakerna.

In this chapter we talk about confidence and how to build upon it. It is important to identify what causes a lack of confidence and to determine the best course of action to remedy this.
Mike describes certain individuals as reticent förtegen, tystlåten when speaking English. We talk about having realistic expectations and being sensible about your objectives mål.
